Who should attend?

Personnel involved with the company’s Quality and Safety Management Systems. Personnel involved in Marine Safety Agencies - Marine Surveying - Ship Management - Ship Operators - Marine Consultancy - P & I - Port State Control - Flag State Administrations - Classification Societies – Ship Agents – Ports and Port Corporations – Maritime Training Colleges and other Marine and Non-marine related Organisations – Maritime Security Organisations – Ship, Company and Port Facility Security Officers.

What qualifications are required?

An understanding of ISO 9001 & IMO’s ISM Code is beneficial but not essential. However, in order to conduct Assessments against the above criteria, IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors) and IMO, have defined qualifications for Auditors/Assessors and by attending this unique Course dual qualifications are obtained. Information regarding these requirements will be explained during the Course. Previous attendance of the Ferriby Marine Internal Auditor Course would be beneficial but not essential.
